Washougal WA – Washougal preschool children participating in programs at Hathaway Elementary School now have age-appropriate playground components to play on. The project was led by Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF) who operates their state-funded early learning programs from a building alongside the Hathaway Elementary preschool. (Vancouver, WA) On October 21, 2016, H.B. Fuller closed part of their facility in Vancouver, donated supplies, and paid their employees to complete projects at five of EOCF’s early learning centers for children ages birth-5. Volunteers built playground equipment and sandboxes, painted buildings, classrooms and kitchens, did landscaping, assisted classroom teachers and administration and donated project supplies. This is the fourth year that H.B. Fuller has generously chosen to serve at-risk families at EOCF during their global Make a Difference Campaign. EOCF staff remarked that H.B.
