COVID-19 Coronavirus Update August 19, 2020

EOCF Phase II Reopening Guidance:

Effective August 17, 2020 All EOCF Early Learning Sites, and Administration building will be begin limited on-site operations.

To promote the health, safety, and consistency for our staff, community, and partners in this environment, EOCF has instituted the following guidance:

  • Face coverings are required to enter any EOCF Early Learning Center and/or EOCF Administration Building.
  • EOCF Staff, Community Members, and/or Partners that are planning on visiting any EOCF Early Learning Center or EOCF Administration building, must fill out the following Daily Health Check. The checklist is accessible by mobile device or computer. Click Here to Complete Daily Health Check
  • All staff working outside of their home must complete and record their temperature BEFORE leaving home and keep a log for 30 days.
    Note-Temperature of 100.4*F (38.0*C) or higher should stay home.
  • If Staff, Community Members, and/or Partners are experiencing any of the following symptoms, have been in close contact with someone experiencing these symptoms, or have been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 in the last 14 days, you will not be allowed to enter an EOCF facility and ​will need to make other contact arrangements. Note: EOCF staff are required to notify their Supervisor or EOCF Human Resources at humanresourcesteam@eocfwa.org.

COVID-19 symptoms include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
