EOCF is excited to announce our Spring Event where we will celebrate our Early Learning Champions in the community, and raise awareness and support for children and families furthest from opportunity.
EOCF’s goal is to do everything in our power to dramatically alter the trajectory of our children and family’s lives by offering high quality early childhood education and multi-generational family support services.
