How are you associated with EOCF?
My son is 3 yrs old in Head Start here in Woodland.
How much time have you spent in Head Start?
He started in the program with Early Head Start Home Learning as an infant.
How has Head Start changed your family’s life?
During so many ups and downs and transitions in our family, Head Start has been a rock of support. We have received connections to resources and endless support in helping my child learn and grow. At a young age we have regularly set goals with his teacher both for family and for my Child directly. Recently my son has developed his language and social skills very quickly with the support of the Head Start program. Since my child has been in his Head Start Preschool it’s become very apparent that this is a program specifically designed to help my child transition into the public school system and I’m more than happy he is there and not in another preschool that doesn’t completely ready it’s students for what’s next.
