Big News! We’re on the Move!
As of December 2024, our headquarters has officially moved—a significant milestone in our journey toward securing a brighter future for EOCF and the communities we serve.
By the end of December, all staff from our former location will have transitioned to a temporary space behind Evergreen High School. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our long-term strategic plan to enhance financial stability and prepare for the launch of our capital campaign to fundraise for our future headquarters.
We’re proud to announce that, in partnership with the Vancouver Housing Authority, our future EOCF Innovation Center will be located at the former Lieser Elementary School site. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a hub of connection, learning, and support for the families we serve.

This visionary project will include:
- Administrative offices and community spaces
- Classrooms designed for innovative early learning
- A central kitchen to support nutrition programs
- Affordable housing units to meet critical community needs
- Public parks for families to gather and play
- A fire station to enhance community safety

Looking Ahead to the EOCF Innovation Center
The future EOCF Innovation Center is more than just a headquarters – it’s a transformative space that will bring together community resources, innovative programs, and a commitment to addressing the region’s most pressing challenges. We are thrilled to partner with the Vancouver Housing Authority to create a facility that reflects our values and vision for the future.
Projected for completion in 2030, the Innovation Center will be the cornerstone of our capital campaign, which will launch in 2025.
